ODESZA’s “Falls (feat. The EP runs a gamut of electronic talent and variety including the ethereal tribal vibe of TroyBoi’s remix, TOKiMONSTA’s gorgeous piano-driven take, a skittering and artful deconstruction done by Photay, and the hard industrial pulse brought by The Glitch Mob. Also featuring two previously released remixes, including a “radiant” take by Kaskade that makes “minimal but impactful alterations to ODESZA’s evocative original” (Dancing Astronaut), and Golden Feature’s “dark turn” on the song which “keeps the high energy and mysticism” (Noise Porn) of the original intact, this EP not only allows the talents of each producer to shine, but also highlights the versatility of ODESZA’s songwriting.
